Ohh my god i cant say enough good things about this company and Tim Novak. I had another company Dabella roofing come and give estimate for a fe Shingles that fell and they told me i had to do the whole roof for $38,000. I laughed at them, than Tim from Integrity Roofing gave a estimate of the repair work and the total was $750. What a fantastic company! We chose Integrity because of Mr. Rick. You can tell he is a genuine professional and he knows roofing through and through. You cannot buy 40 years of knowledge from Mr. Rick. This gentleman showed up to the site before us, and made our roof look like it was new. He matched the shingle colors perfectly and sourced it when we were told they're hard to find. The pricing for the quality, customer service, and professionalism is fair. Choose them and you will not regret it. Thank you Mr. Rick for being so kind and willing to share your roofing knowledge.  Hopefully someone is doing a job shadow with him!! I have worked with hundreds of different contractors across a variety of trades over the years, and Tim and Karey at Integrity Roofing truly set themselves apart as a premier choice for a roofing contractor. I hired Integrity to replace the back slope of my tile roof after experiencing water intrusion from rain in a couple of areas.  From the beginning, Tim was knowledgeable, straightforward, and never pushy.  He took the time to explain the different repair options and allowed me to choose the solution that made the most sense for my home and my budget. What impressed me most was their commitment to standing behind their work.  Integrity provides an excellent workmanship warranty that is hard to beat, and their professionalism and customer service were outstanding throughout the entire process.  They even moved me up on their schedule so the work could be completed before monsoon season, which I greatly appreciated. Tim came over to help us troubleshoot an ongoing roof issue around our roof-mounted air conditioner.  Tim was thorough inspecting our roof and detailed in his recommendations to us.  We had multiple quotes for the job and Tim's quote was in line with the others.  But based on Tim's explanation and communication, we were much more confident that Integrity Roofing would give us a solid fix.  Tim remained communicative and responsive throughout the process.  His team was prompt, professional, and efficient.  Would definitely call Tim again with any future roof concerns.
