"If you’re looking for a roofer for repairs, reroof, new roof, Tim at Integrity Roofing is the person to call. I received three bids. First bid extremely high, second bid much lower, but I was uneasy about not even getting pictures of my roof with the bid. Integrity was my third bid. Integrity Roofing came in $100 less than the second bid. Tim took pictures of my roof, explain what needed to be addressed, and he answered my many questions and concerns. "I strongly recommend Integrity Roofing, LLC. This week I returned from a trip to find a bubble of water forming in the paint on my upstairs hallway’s ceiling. I assumed I had a leaky roof and contacted Integrity Roofing for an appointment to get an inspection and roof repair estimate. In less than 24 hours, Tim Novak was at my home ready to conduct a roof inspection, but when I showed him the damage in my ceiling, he was very honest and immediately told me that it didn’t appear to be damage caused by a leaky roof. He said it appeared to be damage caused by AC condensate (that built up on the AC equipment in my attic) and a likely plugged up drain that overflowed. Even so, Tim still climbed my roof, inspected it, took pictures, and then showed me each picture, explaining in detail why he thought my home roof was not damaged at all. And since he knew I would have to pay an AC repairman, Tim then waived in full the inspection fee I should have paid him. "Before calling Integrity, 2 roofers had inspected our roof and said that there were cracked tiles and needing repairs. But those 2 roofers didn't send us quotes timely, waited more than a week and we still hadn't received anything. So i took it as a sign that I should call for a 3rd one for a 3rd opinion. The reviews helped me and I decided to try calling Integrity and some others. Karey from Integrity called me back shortly after I left a message while others hadn't called back. Karey was very courteous over the phone, very respectful and sincere. After Karey and I had a good chat on my concerns, she told me that it would be her husband Tim coming out to do the inspection. She gave me Tim's number so I would know that it was Tim calling me for scheduling, not some stranger. Tim was able to schedule us in on the next day. I called on a Friday and Tim came out on the next day Saturday. It was impressive. After Tim went up on our roof, he explained to us that those so-called issues identified by the other 2 roofers are not really issues. He explained to us how that tiny crack up there wouldn't lead to water damage because of the size and its location. He also explained to us about some "issues" that another roofer had said weren't really issues. All of those "issues" were only cosmetic, would not lead to any water damage from a rainy day. He explained everything very well even when the inspection/estimation was free. It was educational for us. In a nutshell, there is nothing needed repairing on our roof at this time. His honesty and integrity saved us a sum of money. If we didn't call Integrity, we would have been ripped off by another roofer who had blown things out of proportions. Thank you Tim!!!!!!
